Starting raids @ 10.30 (SET)?

Has this been forgotten/ignored by people? Just seems we are starting later and later. :S

I fully agree with spino. Not only ppl are late but with 5 mins before the raid should start u hear some of them: "oh, i must disable addons" or "oh, i'm pvp atm" or even "brb I must read tactics"
I mean u guys have all the time in the world to read tactics, why do u leave it till the last moment? just try to be more organized in what you're doing it's not hard at all...

indeed, all please take in mind what spino and kris just said, when we schedule a raid for 10:30 and we say the invites star at 10:15 the raid should be ready to start at 10:30 and not 11 as we are doing... please consider the fact that if we start earlier we have more time to raid and to kill bosses.
